Friday 16 May 2014 – informal welcome dinner

 

As many of you will be coming from outside of Austria, we would like to organise an informal dinner on Friday evening, for those of you who are already there! We would love to catch up with everyone in true Austrian style at an authentic restaurant in the centre of Salzburg. It will also be your chance to wear a Lederhosen, Dirndl or any other national dress (jeans are also OK!) :).

 

Time:  7pm

Place: Herzl Restaurant

Directions: Herzl is located on the main street in Salzburg, Getreidegasse 37

Dress code: informal or national dress

 

 

 

 

Sunday 18 May 2014 – informal brunch

 

After a night of fun, it will be great to relax with you at a brunch, if you are still in Salzburg. We have chosen a lovely place with a view of the city and its castle!

 

Time:  11.30am

Place: Roof Terrace at Hotel Stein

Directions: located just over the bridge from the main street of Salzburg, Giselakai 3

Dress code: informal

 

 

 

 

Closer to the dates we will send an RSVP email for these events, so we will know how many people will be coming. You will also have a chance to let us know any special dietary requirements at that time.
